Wilcox & Gibbs
Wilcox & Gibbs TSC-441 Cylinder Arm Walking Foot Industrial Sewing Machine
The Wilcox & Gibbs TSC-441 is a heavy-duty cylinder arm walking foot industrial sewing machine built to the specifications of the Juki TSC-441, designed for sewing extremely thick and heavy materials used in professional leather and upholstery work.
This machine features a compound triple feed system (bottom feed, needle feed, and walking foot feed) that ensures smooth and even material feeding while preventing layers from slipping during sewing. This makes it ideal for sewing leather goods, bags, saddles, straps, harnesses, safety belts, and upholstery materials.
With a long arm clearance of 400mm, the machine provides excellent workspace for handling large projects. It also includes a large shuttle hook and oversized bobbin, allowing longer sewing runs without frequent thread changes.
Powered by an energy-saving silent servo motor, the machine operates quietly while reducing electricity consumption by up to 70% compared to traditional clutch motors.
Designed for durability and industrial performance, the Wilcox & Gibbs TSC-441 provides powerful stitching capability with a maximum stitch length of 11mm and a presser foot lift of up to 20mm, making it suitable for the toughest sewing applications.
