The Wilcox & Gibbs EA 1342 is a heavy-duty cylinder arm walking foot industrial sewing machine, built to the specifications of the Juki LU-1342. Designed for demanding industrial sewing applications, this machine delivers exceptional durability, precision, and performance when working with thick materials.
The machine features a compound/unison triple feed system consisting of bottom feed, needle feed, and walking foot feed. This advanced feeding mechanism ensures smooth and even material movement, preventing fabric layers from slipping while sewing heavy materials.
With a 400mm long arm clearance, the machine provides excellent workspace for sewing large or bulky projects. The large shuttle hook and oversized bobbin allow longer sewing runs without frequent thread changes.
Powered by a 1000W Eagle silent servo motor, the machine operates quietly while saving up to 70% energy compared to traditional clutch motors. The extra high 20mm presser foot lift and maximum stitch length of 11mm make this machine ideal for sewing thick materials used in professional leather and upholstery work.
The EA 1342 is widely used for manufacturing bags, saddles, leather goods, safety belts, straps, harnesses, and upholstery products, making it an excellent choice for professional workshops and industrial production.
