Payment Methods

We accept payment via Credit Card during check out or if you are collecting the product then you can pay by cash on pickup.

Additional Charges:
There are no additional charges, other than the item charge or shipping if you do not qualify for free shipping.

Postage & Packing

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time:

  • Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Process of the orders with the manufacturer  takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time:

  • Items where you pay for delivery are delivered via ParcelForce  48hr Signed For & will be dispatched within 2 -4 days of payment being received.
  • Items with free delivery are normally sent from China, International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Customs and Duty :

  • All import fees if sought are to be paid by the buyer.

Do I sign for my goods if they are damaged:

  • If the goods are damaged, please sign to accept, but note that the goods are damaged. If you sign for the goods in ‘Good Condition’ you will not be able to process a claim.

Returns and refund Policy

  • Defective products must be notified within 2 days and sent back to us within 2 days after notification. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. If Item found not to be defective, shipping fee (excluding handling fees) will be charged for reshipment of the item. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All products are double checked prior to posting or delivery.

Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations, if you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for full credit, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item(s) is in stock condition i.e. as it was when it was delivered to you.
  • You inform us of your desire to cancel within 1 days of receipt of the product(s).
  • You pay the return delivery charges.
  • Goods to be returned within 1 days of notification in order that your credit can be actioned within 30 days.
  • Goods are returned in a re-salable condition and in their original undamaged packaging.
  • Software ordered can be refunded as long as the product has not been unboxed & in original seal.
  • If goods are refused by us, because the above criteria is not met, we will return them to the customer and also charge the customers payment method for the value of the carriage.
  • To return goods please complete our returns form.

Warranty Repairs:

  • Any items which fall under warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for the all postage charges – collection and delivery. Any item returned for repair must be adequately packaged for transit, we will NOT accept damaged or inappropriately packed items.


All photographs are taken to ensure colours are as close as possible to the items, unfortunately colour reproduction varies with different monitors and their settings, and the colours may show differently on your monitor. Please refer to the listing and e-mail us for more information if needed, we will be happy to advise in any way we can.
